- AEC works with “Hub and Spoke” model. As a “Hub”, the AEC
- Provides central analytics expertise to help analytics teams in the business units which are the “Spokes”
- Identifies cross-project efficiencies and redundant initiatives
- Suggests appropriate tools, platforms and technologies to meet the needs of the business units analytics teams
- AEC supports business analytics capability projects to accelerate progress, increase value, and improve sustainability
- AEC helps teams for limited agreed-upon scope of work and periods of time but does not own analytics solutions nor provide long-term support
- AEC provides development support at “no cost” but it does not independently fund capability development
- AEC facilitates provisioning “Teams as a Service” support (turn-key teams provided by 3rd parties to quickly resource projects for some duration) but does not fund those engagements
